✨Booking Information✨ The availability you see online is my current availability. If you don't see an appointment that works for you, I don't have any additional openings at this time. My books open 3–4 months at a time. On October 1st, my December and January schedule will become available to book online. Returning clients always have priority to prebook in person!! Hi, I'm Emma! I'm originally from the Bay Area, California and I've been behind the chair since 2023! My passion is all things curls!! Helping people embrace, understand, and truly love their curls🩷 My approach is all about helping you learn your hair, not fight it. My goal is to help your curls become the best version of themselves while still feeling like you. Whether you're coming in for a curly cut or color, I focus on enhancing what you already have with cuts and color that grow out beautifully and fit your lifestyle, so your hair looks and feels its best. Education is one of my favorite parts of every appointment. I want you to leave not only loving your hair, but also feeling confident styling it at home. I'll share the techniques, products, and routines that work best for your curls, and if questions come up later, you'll always know who to reach out to. I know curls are personal, and I understand how much trust goes into finding someone to care for them. That's why I take the time to get to know your hair, your routine, and your goals so we can create a look that feels like you. More than anything, I want you to leave feeling confident, not just in your haircut, but in your ability to care for and enjoy your curls long after your appointment. 💛💛💛
CANCELLATION POLICY
✨ PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING ✨ Hair Preparation✨ Please arrive with your hair clean, down, and dry so we can make the most of your appointment time!! Come with no product in your hair, either air-dried or diffused, beforehand. Please avoid coming in with tight braids, hair ties, buns, or clips, as this can affect your results and timing. Failure to come with your hair prepped correctly can affect what our time looks like together!! Please let me know if you have any questions! Cancellation Policy✨ I completely understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be subject to a 50% fee, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service. If something comes up within that window, please don’t hesitate to reach out by email at curlsbyemma@gmail.com or text at +1 (602) 794-5749. I’ll always do my best to accommodate when I can. Late Policy✨ I offer a 15-minute grace period for appointments. If you arrive later than that, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a rescheduling fee may apply.
